Critical mass is a spontaneous, self organised, non-commercial monthly ride of cyclists all over the world to raise awareness about cyclist's rights among others. I've witnessed a few in vancouver, but went to watch this one from their gathering place for a change.

Junk in my trunks
I've spent about 3 weeks (mainly weekends) packing all my stuff to be shipped to Ghana.
I'm just amazed at how much stuff I have amassed in less than 4 years.
A lot of times, I find myself asking...is it worth shipping some of these things? Can't I get them in Ghana? Is it worth the wahala and financial loss at customs?
My goal is to one day live with as little material possessions as I can.

Zen master says: annoying people are here to teach us a lesson in patience.
The bus was packed and I know when you sit or stand next to someone listening to an mp3 player, it's almost inevitable that you're going to hear something. Apart from being annoyed and embarrased by being reprimanded in front of people on the bus, I've never wanted to bitch slap someone so badly.
Got to let it go though....ohm sah....ohm sah....
